Psychologist Ulrich Dehner is Managing Director of dehner academy GmbH, which emerged from the "Konstanzer Seminars" that he founded. He initially worked for four years as a clinical psychologist in a neurological rehabilitation clinic in Constance and then started his own business as a psychotherapist and trainer in transactional analysis.

In the mid-1980s, he shifted the focus of his professional activities to the business sector. Since then, he has been very successful as a trainer, coach and coaching instructor.

In 2012, he became acquainted with Introvision and was fascinated from the outset by the diverse and extremely effective applications of this process, which was still completely unknown at the time. In order to make the original Introvision, which requires a long preparation time, also applicable in coaching, he developed Introvision Coaching on the basis of Introvision, transactional analysis and MBSR.

In addition to transactional analysis, he completed training in bodywork, is an NLP practitioner, has training in systemic corporate consulting, as a hypnotherapist according to Erickson and in EMDR and is a certified MBSR teacher.

He is a senior coach and a founding member of the German Federal Association for Coaching (DBVC).

He is a founding member and chairman of the board of the Introvision Association e.V. He is a teaching member.

He has contributed to numerous specialist books (e.g. "Coaching und Beratung in der Praxis ", Gerhard Roth, Alica Ryba, Klett-Cotta, 2019, or in the "Coaching-Tools" volumes, edited by Christopher Rauen, published by ManagerSeminare Verlag).
