As an organizational consultant, process facilitator, and coach, Monica lives her passion for inspiring people for deep inner work processes. She places special emphasis on the sustainability of her consulting and can draw on a plethora of experience as an entrepreneur, corporate executive, and startup founder. She combines her quick comprehension with a great deal of empathy and humanity.

Monica has been working in the pharmaceutical industry for over 20 years and, as a consultant, has continuously expanded her sphere of influence to the financial and insurance sectors, fashion, IT, tax consulting, and retail. As an economist, she has completed several years of further training in business coaching with additional qualifications in Introvision coaching, systemic organizational development, existential analysis, and mindfulness.

With a great deal of openness, enthusiasm, and compassion, Monica designs and holds spaces for encounters and (inner) development, preferably in and with nature as a powerful partner.
